Utah’s Jeremy Evans displays his ridiculous hops (PHOTO)

Jeremy Evans is one of the league’s greatest leapers. He won the Dunk Contest in 2012, and has already added plenty of awe-inspiring dunks to his resumé after only four NBA seasons.

It also appears as though he’s working on adding to his already ridiculous hops.

Evans was measured touching 12 feet, 8.5 inches earlier this summer. On Tuesday, however, he managed to get up even higher, touching 12 feet, 9 inches in the process.

“Jeremy Evans (@jeremyevans40) breaks his own record at P3 today…touches 12’9″! #DunkChamp, #RafterClub, #SportsScience,” the caption read.

Too bad you don’t get extra points for jumping high. Basketball is a skill game, and Jeremy you ain’t got none!

When you’re known for jumping high and dunking on 5 year olds and posting it on instagram, that doesn’t really make you look good.

He should post videos like this, Hibachi doing his thing:

I can watch these types of videos all day.
