Miami Heat top 10 plays of 2014 season (VIDEO)

Aug 28, 2014, 10:29 PM EDT

LeBron James singlehandedly ended the Heatles era when he chose to sign with the Cavaliers in free agency this summer, so it’s worth taking a look back at the top plays from the super-team’s final season together.

While there were plenty of plays involving James that are of interest, the most intriguing for the group’s future comes in at number two in this countdown.

In a game where James sat out with a minor groin injury, the final play came down to Dwyane Wade creating an opportunity for Chris Bosh, and Bosh came through in the clutch. I think we’ll see a lot more of those two in the coming season for the Heat, when it wouldn’t at all be a surprise for them to exceed expectations now that LeBron has moved on, and the other stars on the team have no choice but to step up in his place.

      ….in the hall of fame. I’m sure that’s what you mean: He’s going to be a bronze bust in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

    I’m just going to guess that #1 is LeBron’s game winner over Iggy…

    #10…a highlight of the Heat down by 20.

    #9 – “Old man” Wade completely embarra.ssed Ginobili and then did Duncan even worse. Dude definitely looks done. lol.

    LeBron’s dunks on MaLemore and Millsap were just… RAW and NASTY… like when I boned your mother.

    I’m going to miss the Wade-to-LeBron connection. That was a thing of beauty. I’m glad we got to see it though. Cla.ssic stuff.

      whatever the Miami Peat were overrated the entire last four years. Only reason they ever made it to any Finals is cause of Rose’s injury, otherwise it would have been the Bulls. All Heat fans know this!

    @muhangis

    That’s the funniest thing ever. The Geat destroyed the Bulls when Rose was healthy and the best part is that Rose had a chance to help the Bulls against Miami in the playoffs one year and he didn’t because he was scared.

    The Heat* destroyed
