Scottie Pippen: ‘I’m the greatest Chicago Bull of all time’ (VIDEO)

Aug 5, 2014, 11:19 AM EDT

In the latest spot for Foot Locker, James Harden gets some important career advice from Hall of Fame basketball players Charles Barkley and Scottie Pippen.

Pippen, however, clearly takes things too far.

Having a short memory on the court can certainly be of value when trying to put mistakes in the past, but beyond that, it can make one seem a bit delusional.

It’s a joke. Lighten up. That spot was pretty funny.

I love these foot locker commericals. Also nice click-bait there, you got me.

My favorite one is still the Kris Humphrie’s entourage one. After that and his season in Boston I will forever be a fan.

Holy crap I’ve never seen that before and it was absolutely hilarious thanks man!

Funny video, but that’s a very misleading headline.

    • spthegr8 - Aug 5, 2014 at 6:00 PM

It sure is. Got us all, hook, line and sinker!!

  5. georgesmithson - Aug 5, 2014 at 11:57 AM

This headline is the perfect example as to why there’s the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth…

He’s not even the greatest Portland Trailblazer of all-time.

    • rexgrossman8 - Aug 5, 2014 at 12:24 PM

It’s a joke, bro. Nice Double Dribble reference on your call sign.

    Charles Barkley defenestrated somebody?

    • 22yearsagotoday - Aug 5, 2014 at 12:58 PM

      He certainly hammered Bill Laimbeer!

  8. rodrigof14 - Aug 5, 2014 at 12:27 PM

GOAT and the best Bull of all time in that video!

  9. chicago240 - Aug 5, 2014 at 2:31 PM

Glad they had Charles carrying the ball on that commercial. Scottie can’t act his way out of a paper bag. Never could. Barkley is a natural. And Harden was pretty good too.

Trying to figure out James Harden’s pants

  11. grantgoodman93 - Aug 5, 2014 at 3:47 PM

    Harden is painfully awkward

Shameful headline, funny commercial but you should be ashamed you chose that headline. Very easily could have gotten to click with a relevant headline. How did you even get an approximately 200 word article out of Scottie Pippen reading a home in a footlocker commercial?

Shameful headline, funny commercial but you should be ashamed you chose that headline. Very easily could have gotten to click with a relevant headline. How did you even get an approximately 50 word article out of Scottie Pippen reading a joke in a footlocker commercial?

  14. whodat82 - Aug 5, 2014 at 6:33 PM

    We’ve all seen it. non-story

  15. csbanter - Aug 5, 2014 at 6:53 PM

I guess things are ok between Scottie and Sir Charles, they had beef back in the days when Pippen played for Houston.

  16. campcouch - Aug 5, 2014 at 7:54 PM

Barkley looked like he was in better shape than Harden lol

  17. garrison1981 - Aug 6, 2014 at 12:36 AM

Have you watched the commercial? It’s a joke! It’s saying he can’t remember then him saying he’s best ever! Everyone knowing MJ is best ever is the point!
