Lance Stephenson with no-look, over the shoulder corner three

Jun 14, 2014, 12:30 PM EDT

That is now Lance Stephenson ends his workouts.

Born Ready.

Just a reminder that the Pacers offense-creating guard — also the guy who blew in LeBron James’ ear among other antics — is an unrestricted free agent this summer and will have teams throwing money at him. The questions are how much and will the Pacers be the one that throws the most to keep him?

    Tough decision…

He IS a talented ball player… great physical skills…

But he has some growing up to do, like a lot…

The Pacers, having had him on their team know him best, how he gets along with others (and doesn’t) etc…

But, it could (said could) be a case where it’s best for the Pacers to let him go and then when he’s great for someone else, they’ll say Bird and the Pacers were wrong for letting him go… but had he stayed, the mix might have been too combustible and when it blew up, they would have criticized Bird and the Pacers for letting him go…

as a pacer fan it will tough seeing leave but in the end he is a headache not worth the trouble he brings. one noght you get the all star Lance and then the next he does not show up. and where was he in the playoffs? they barely beat the worst team in them and while not all his fault if you want the big money you better show up when it counts. all he did against the heat was talk and make make himself and the pacers look stupid. they were the same team that beat you last year and all we heard since then was how you had learned and this season was all about beating them on your home court, how did that turn out for you? time to move on and let somebody else deal with and overpay him.

Does anyone care about the Paper Tigers. I mean pacers?

      The entire Eastern Conf should…

The Heat’s gradual descent seems to REALLY be picking up speed and the Pacers, while NOT not making it to the Finals these last several seasons are still close.

IF the Pacers get a few tweaks right, they could be the best in the East.

The Heat are a big question mark now for next year.

OF course, I was ridiculed on here for saying that I’d take the next 4 yrs of the Pacers than the Heat a few weeks back when the Pacers were being beaten by the Heat.

I mean obviously the Heat have had an outstanding past 4 seasons but the Pacers are younger and should be better overall than the Heat from the 2014/15 to the 2017/18 season or so…

Stephenson is the ultimate I hate that guy but would love him on my team type of player. If cavs don’t get lebron or love they should go after him. Strengthening their team while weakening a division opponent

Why are we even still talking about Lance Stephenson?

You have the choice to not. Why did you post if you didn’t want to talk about Lance Stephenson?

Larry Bird was behind the camera man and shot a long three… nothing but net…

Lance’s toss went straight up into the air and a ball boy caught it with a net out of view…

Larry Bird was a monster on the court!
