Blake Griffin converts the and-1 circus shot late in Game 7 win over Warriors (VIDEO)

May 4, 2014, 9:30 AM EDT

Blake Griffin managed to get this incredible, twisting shot to fall with under a minute to go in Game 7 against the Warriors, and there’s no questioning the athleticism and grace he showed in somehow guiding the ball into the basket.

The violent way he snapped his head back isn’t going to help his reputation as a flopper, but after a grueling series and a Game 7 victory that will allow his team to advance, it’s doubtful he’s all that concerned about the public’s perception.

Would have been a regular layup if he decided to not flop and just take the regular shot.

What game were you watching ?

      • inthearex - May 5, 2014 at 6:22 AM

Not the same game you were watching I guess. Answer me this… Why did he have to flop his head back like he took a strait to the face by mike Tyson when no one made contact above his shoulders?

Harrison Barnes gives him an arm bar shove to the chest as he goes up towards the rim . Lets see . Neck bone connected to the back bone .
Stop being a hater intherex ! Enjoy the CLIPPER- THUNDER series

Total flop but a great circus lay up that he caused himself. I cant even believe people think otherwise

After watching Andre Igoudala (sp?) et al this series, I DONT WANT TO HEAR ANOTHER WORD about the Clippers flopping. Warriors have officially been named to All NBA first team floppers.

No one comes close to how atrocious you’re team is when it comes to flopping. #flopcity
