Watch Mark Jackson beat Stephen Curry in a shooting contest

Mar 4, 2014, 11:33 AM EDT

You know Mark Jackson is going to bring this up to Stephen Curry every day for the next 100 years.

Jackson, a career 33.2 percent shooter from three who never averaged more than 3.3 attempts from beyond the arc a game, took on Stephen Curry (8.1 threes a game this season, hitting 41.6 percent of them) in a shooting contest.

And the old man won.

Hands down, man down.

Knicks should sign him as a player coach

Jackson hit 9 out of 10! He never shot that well with the Pacers!

In all seriousness, it was pretty funny. Clearly, Jackson was on fire, and Steph was not. Funny to hear Jackson talking to him, though.

Wow, Curry was really off that day. I think even I could have made it close with those numbers….

Mark Jackson was a great point guard, and is one of only five players to register over 10,000 assists. Let Curry match that.

Didn’t miss that ugly Marc Jackson release. But man did he spank Steph.
