Andrea Bargnani with the reverse jam? Sure, why not? (VIDEO)

Jan 9, 2014, 10:35 PM EDT

It was that kind of night for the New York Knicks.

On a night that was expected to be a Miami Heat stroll through Central Park to a win, the Knicks made the plays. Like this play by Andrea Bargnani, with the baseline drive and reverse jam.

And the Knicks won. Because of course.

any comments from the people who were saying the raptors hosed the knicks because bargnani couldn’t play basketball ? how are the players the knicks sent away in the deal doing by the way? im curious. oh well. bargnani doesn’t know how to play basketball so…

You’re getting a little testy there defending a guy who literally needs J.R. Smith to untie his shoes… and Beno to tie them. Smith doesn’t know how to do that yet. He’s still stuck on the bunny ears part.

lol. i still use the bunny ears method when tying my shoes.

I’m a loop swoop and pull guy myself.

32 rebounds in 48 minutes. Four less than their league worst season average.

This Heat lineup is absolutely pathetic in the paint. Imagine how bad this would have been if Chandler hadn’t been sick tonight.

They must be absolutely desperate to get their hands on Andrew Bynum. The Pacers would eat these jokers alive in a seven game series.

    • money2long - Jan 10, 2014 at 12:08 AM

what if the pacers took AB ?

    • money2long - Jan 10, 2014 at 12:43 AM

hm, i wouldn’t call the heat jokers, but i see your point

Bargnani is well known for his occasional flashes, just wait until he goes back to sleep for a 20 games stretch, then you’ll see why the Raptors couldn’t stand him anymore.

    • money2long - Jan 10, 2014 at 1:01 AM

i’m willing to bet that the same ppl who gave bargnani little chance to have an impact in new york, are some of the ones who’ve added him to their fantasy teams. just a hunch.

if we can only get those guys in the lineup at the same time.
