Damian Lillard hits game-winner in OT to bury the Pistons (VIDEO)

Dec 15, 2013, 10:30 PM EDT

Damian Lillard finished just 6-of-21 from the field in Sunday’s contest in Detroit, but when the game was on the line and his shot mattered most, he was able to get it to go down.

Lillard hit this tough shot over Rodney Stuckey as time expired in overtime, giving the Blazers a 111-109 victory that improved the team’s record to 21-4 on the season.

Aldridge and Lillard all stars? I think so

Haha, I want to hear Mike n’ Mike’s call for CSNW. The disappointed tone in that announcers voice was painful (not saying it was wrong, all local announcers are biased). But this season just keeps getting better for my Blazers.

Aldridge MVP? Perhaps.. All star lock. Lillard I think he’s gotta wait another year.. Too many top guards in the west. His time will come

Every now and then a new contender emerges. It’ll be interesting to see if Portland are legit and here to stay.
