Deron Williams with the crossover on Chris Paul to end first half vs. Clippers (VIDEO)

Dec 12, 2013, 9:41 PM EDT

NEW YORK – Deron Williams began the night by falling to the floor after being victimized by a crossover from Chris Paul. The fact that he stepped on the foot of teammate Brook Lopez was what ultimately caused him to crumble, but Paul’s action at least sent Williams sliding in that direction.

In the second quarter, Williams seemed to regain his stride, crossing up Paul twice to get open for scores. This second one came to end the first half, and gave the Nets a 56-44 advantage at the break.

Jordan has got to go! Blake never knows what to do when he gets the ball and becomes a below average 18ft shooter. DUDley is a poor mans Caron Butler, which means he is garbage. VDN, were starting to miss you!

The Clippers should try to get Melo from the Knicks. Without anyone on that team capable of creating their own shot on a consistant basis, they will be out in the 1st round again this year. Playof basketball slows down & all that “Lob City” nonsense will go right out the window quick, fast & in a hurry.
