Watch DeAndre Jordan get the Los Angeles ripped off his jersey (VIDEO)

DeAndre Jordan AP

Not sure I have ever seen this before.

Early in the Clippers eventual easy win over the Sixers Chris Paul puts up a shot and because DeAndre Jordan‘s man had rotated over to help on the drive it left Tony Wroten — all 6’5″, 205 five of him — trying to keep Jordan off the boards. Watch closely as he grabs Jordan’s jersey in the process and just rips the “Los Angeles” right off the front. Those things are normally sewn on, it can’t be that easy.

Jordan stands there for a minute without the lettering on his jersey until someone can grab him a new one.

Classic.

    I call foul play here.

That could not be any more unlikely… crazy!

This is so weird, and I’m well aware no one will believe me, but earlier today when the post about the Stephen Jackson signing was put up I was so focused on the jersey he was wearing. I teach Photoshop classes, and use it in my business as a photographer and graphic designer, so I spent a few seconds looking to see if the jersey he was wearing in the Instagram picture was Photoshopped on, or if he just wore one and had the picture done that day(for record, it wasn’t Photoshopped).

Any-which way, my mind started to wander and all I could focus on was the Clippers logo on the jersey. I started thinking about all logos on jerseys, and wondered if it was ironed on, or sewn on, and if one had ever fallen off during a game and how weird it would look if someone had to play the rest of a game without one. I even went on YouTube searching for videos to see if I could find a game where someone had to play without a logo on their jersey because it had fallen off. How in the hell I got my answer later in the day (or even in the same decade) is amazing to me. And yes, it looks as weird as I thought.

I hope Wroten tries to rip the sleeves off those T-shirt jerseys too.
