Vintage Dwyane Wade drops 29 on Clippers (VIDEO)

Nov 8, 2013, 8:46 AM EDT

When LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh are all playing well Miami remains very, very difficult to beat.

That’s what the Clippers ran into Thursday night — specifically vintage Wade. He had 29 points and 7 assists, carving up J.J. Redick (and Jamal Crawford) with both drives to the baskets and pull up jumpers. Everything seemed to fall for Wade.

It’s fun to see this Wade back on the court and making plays, although other teams will not feel that way if he’s still playing like this come the postseason.

I predicted him to be an MVP Candidate this year…looking good on my prediction so far.

I hate the Heat, but it’s good to see Wade back. The Clips are gonna need somebody other than CP3 to man up.

The Clippers needed CP3 to man up yesterday. He did not play well at all.

@stay high. I agree. I would think “Griffin force” would be that guy

Don’t sleep on Wade. Still one of the best players and arguably the best defensive guard to play.

Vintage Wade? That’s just a healthy Wade!

clipps need matt barnes back. using willie green..dangerous. dudley was getting manhandled and redick was wades toy yesterday. barnes can help D up on lebron and maybe get dudley on wade. that was tough to watch.

LeBron wasn’t even playing well. So the Clippers really only ran into Wade playing well. The Heat are always tough to beat regardless. If LeBron, Wade and Bosh are all playing well then they’re impossible to beat.

@kingwith Thanks for proving you’re nothing more than another senseless homer who knows nothing about basketball. MVP? Lmao what a moron.

It’s amazing that Wade doesn’t get hurt more often. He falls to the floor after every single shot. I would just step on him and say it was an accident.
