Stephen Curry with between-the-legs assist, Klay Thompson rains threes (VIDEO)

Nov 7, 2013, 10:12 AM EDT

The Golden State Warriors are just pure entertainment some nights.

Wednesday they dropped 106 on the Minnesota Timberwolves in a win that moved them to 4-1 on the season with the fifth best offense in the league. Curry made maybe THE highlight play of the night with this between the legs assist on the break.

However the real saviors of this win were Klay Thompson and Andre Iguodala. When Curry left the game in the third quarter with an ankle injury it was Iguodala who took over a lot of duties at the point, while Thompson racked up 19 of his 30 points in the final frame to preserve the win. That’s worth watching, too.

I was there last night and they brought more energy and more weapons than the Wolves which will be the case most nights Golden State plays anybody.

Klay and Steph have 2 of the best jumpers I’ve seen in my 34 years as a fan.

Warriors have a legit Center. Warriors have one of the best perimeter defender in Iggy. Warriors playing great defense. These aren’t the same Warriors I grew up watching since the Sleepy Floyd era and throughout the decades. We could always light it up since the Run TMC days, but now we are contenders. Expectations are high and I am wishing for a top 3 seeding for the playoffs. Lets get it done Warriors!

Hands down our fans are the most hardcore in the NBA. Long time suffering but we’re at the end of the tunnel. This team has all the pieces for a Championship caliber squad. Need to gel and need to stay healthy.

Klay Thompson is an underrated defender. Iggy was signed for defense so any offense is a bonus. Bogut anchors the middle and D Lee is slowly improving on D as well. Add in Harrison Barnes off the bench and you have a very solid defensive team. Tony Douglas plays D and Jermaine O Neal is a good shot blocker. I have really high hopes this year. I think the dubs could be number two behind OKC this year.
