Jeremy Lin’s pretty funny take on fame: “You’ve changed bro” (VIDEO)

Aug 15, 2013, 8:44 AM EDT

Jeremy Lin may have changed, but he still has a great sense of humor and he still doesn’t mind being the butt of the joke.

This is an amusing video from Lin’s own YouTube channel, where he looks back on how those around him think fame has changed him — he’s not practicing enough for Guitar Hero, working out with Steve Nash over middle school buddies — and he plays it for laughs. He even got James Harden in on the fun.

It’s self-produced, and Lin is a star (an international star) who doesn’t take himself all that seriously. That makes it fun.

Now, I just want to see him use his left hand in a game.

Beverly did outplay him down the stretch. McHale usually does what’s best for the team, he may be coming off the bench soon.

I agree but with Howard here now Jeremy may be better for the pick and roll and Beverly is a great spark plug off the bench.

        a better pick and roll?
        In Theory.

They started losing as the season winded down. This team was in the runnings for the 6th seed till the final stretch of the season— then they slide so bad the Lakers jumped them! I felt that Mchale started putting questionable combinations on the floor towards the end honestly— and shortening Lin’s playing time was a mistake as well.

I’m not a huge fan of his, but this was his first time actually starting a season as the starter. he didn’t exactly get taught how to play defense in NY. He will be okay. Beverly is a waaaay better defender though.

I’ve questioned his ability to be a starting pg in the NBA, but I’ve never questioned his ability to succeed in life. This vid totally backs up that thought.
