Ten players reportedly invited to NBA Draft green room

Although not a definitive list of the players who will go in the top 10 picks of the NBA Draft, Chad Ford of ESPN has the 10 players the NBA invited to the green room for the draft:

  • Nerlens Noel
  • Victor Oladipo
  • Otto Porter
  • Alex Len
  • Anthony Bennett
  • Ben McLemore
  • Trey Burke
  • Michael Carter-Williams
  • C.J. McCollum
  • Cody Zeller

The NBA usually invites more players as the draft nears, so guys like Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Steven Adams and Shabazz Muhammad still have a chance. Though it wouldn’t be a surprise to see those three get picked ahead of the aforementioned 10, the league is more worried about a player’s floor than his ceiling.

The NBA doesn’t want to repeat the Rashard Lewis situation.
