Chris Bosh says Heat need to “hit them in the mouth” (VIDEO)

Jun 18, 2013, 5:40 PM EDT

I know, there’s some irony to Chris Bosh talking about physical play.

But the thing is, he’s right — the Miami Heat have to come out with their best defensive effort they are not going on to a Game 7. They need to stick with shooters on the perimeter, make crisp rotations and stop cheating off the hottest shooter in the series to jump passing lanes. I’m looking at you, Dwyane Wade.

The Heat have talked a good game before Game 6. They also did that before Game 5. We’ll see who shows up.

And he’ll come out and play like a sissy from the opening tip…

    • redbaronx - Jun 18, 2013 at 6:27 PM

@phillyphil005 – Ugh. I can’t believe Bosh just won’t shut up! Larry Bird would have been calling Bosh a sissy from Game 3. I think the Heat need a vocal PLAYER on the bench that can teach Bosh and co the psychology part of the game. Two stupid comments to the media in one day! Someone has to tell him to JUST PLAY!!! It’s so annoying to see such a high potential team enjoy talking so much. That’s one way LeBron can get better. Putting guys in their place like he did earlier in Indiana. Time for another locker room talk I think!

You can talk the talk Chris but can you walk the walk???? That’s the difference with these 2 teams. One team is talking and the other team is DOING !!!! I think Bosh talking physicality is the definition of talking out the side of your neck, which in Chris’s case’s. Means he has ALOT too say!!

Hahaha…so funny coming from Bosh. He’s softer than Jason Collins at the Playboy Mansion.

    Whatever tough guy….

I remember when Bosh could actually play basketball, now he’s some manservant to LeFlop and Wade…..I can hear them now…..Bosh, please bring the bucket, I need to urinate.

Wade is obviously is the brightest of the half witted trio, but there is a basket full of wimps here….

Bosh Spice couldn’t knock a Barbie off a doll house without wincing and making that duck face of his. I mean, look at his face out there!

In the famous words of Stephen Jackson, Man Fuk yo team clown!

  9. jolink653 - Jun 18, 2013 at 6:39 PM

The softest big man in the game really had the audacity to come out and say that? He could try it, but he’s too busy flailing, flopping and throwing himself down to hit anyone…let’s hope the Spurs end it tonight

  10. zickhead - Jun 18, 2013 at 7:39 PM

Haha what a joke. All he does is scream like a idiot everytime he makes some basic shot or dunk.

  11. ferro214 - Jun 18, 2013 at 7:42 PM

    He must’ve meant “flop harder”

  12. jrebar88 - Jun 18, 2013 at 9:04 PM

Bosh discussing toughness is like getting dieting advice from a Sumo wrestler …

As I write this, I’m watching replays of Bosh sealing the game with an incredible block.
