Russell Westbrook wants you to know he’s back, crutches are gone

Jun 15, 2013, 11:00 PM EDT

Russell Westbrook is working his way back from the ACL injury that ended his playoffs (and ended Oklahoma City’s as well).

He went to Vine to show everyone he’s off crutches — not that he can snap them in half over his knee. Nor should he. Not exactly good for the other knee.

Westbrook is expected to be back for the start of the Thunder’s training camp in October.

Hat tip to Royce at Eye on Basketball for pointing this out.
