PBT Extra: Heat streak ends, and LeBron dealing with physical play

You had to know today on PBT Extra Kay Adams and I would be talking Heat and the end of the streak, and how they need to focus now on the prize they really want.

We also talk a little LeBron James and the physical fouls against him. He does get more than his share of those, the way Shaquille O’Neal did back in his prime, but because LeBron uses his physicality game after game to get the shots he wants it’s hypocritical of him to turn around and say other teams can’t push back. LeBron tried to truck Kirk Hinrich, all Hinrich did is wrap LeBron up when it happened.

Oh, and some Derrick Rose talk, too.

Teams are employing the “LeBron Rules … Keys to Stopping LeBron James” from the Shock Exchange.

Teams are playing the Heat like it’s Game 7 of the Finals. The Heat are playing hard, but not Game 7 of the Finals hard.

      There’s another gear.

But Chicago Bulls; after a game like that, you can’t crank up YMCA at the end of the game. It makes Sweet Caroline sound like Motorhead.

Can we please have one more post about the heat sreak ending and LeBron getting hacked?

    Plllleeeeeeease.

    Moving along.

What’s even worse is people taking time to comment on things they think really suck.
      PLEASE.
Don’t disgrace Raider Nation through your stupidity.
      Your not one on us.

        Thanks tool. Of tools.

So you just broke your own rule?

        Thanks for the advice.

Nice screen name, your not one of us.

        Tool.

        Tool,
Every time someone writes a comment that is critical of an article someone always has to say,

“…If you don’t like it, then why did yooooou read it???”

Come’on dude, are you in 4th grade?

The whole purpose of the comment thread is to leave your OPINION. An opinion can be positive, negative or neutral. If we only had positive opinions, we would be communists. Grow up.

808, thank you for your opinion. (I strongly disagree with it, as I truly enjoy reading any article about the Heat losing and whining. But, I respect your opinion none the less.)

LeBron is a crying little 8itch. Back in the day, when the NBA was a MAN’S GAME, if you drove the lane you got hammered. Now you prima donna game wreckers think that you can’t be touched. Wussy ball. You guys need to wear dresses or better yet go to the WNBA.
Hell at least the women BANG in the paint.
You boys are girls with facial hair.

lebron wasn’t complaining about the calls on its own..he was complaining about the consistency of one foul to the next. like how one foul is deemed to be excessive and others are not. i don’t think lebron would have a problem taking big hits if the refs officiated the same when he returned the favor.

  4. rossthebosspalmer - Mar 28, 2013 at 7:55 PM

You know what is a bad idea? Saying that you didn’t like the physical play of the Bulls. Now the competition will hit him even harder.

    • rossthebosspalmer - Mar 28, 2013 at 9:41 PM

For the record, I want to see history be made and records be broken, regardless of who it is. Riley should have quietly made a formal complaint to the league office while Lebron should just continue to run through, around, and over the competition. Now he has a bigger target of his back for opposing coaches to strategize with. The last thing I want to watch is a finals where Popovich is telling his players to foul Lebron off the ball.

  5. magicbucs - Mar 28, 2013 at 9:24 PM

Lebron would be flagged in football for the way he lowers his head and rolls over people. Now that he got hit hard in 1 game it’s a big deal? C’mon man…. Shut up and play ball

Didn’t see you on the other threads when you were hiding post-loss. Music? That’s really the best you got?
