Kenneth Faried, JaVale McGee with huge blocks (VIDEO)

Mar 22, 2013, 10:38 AM EDT

There were a lot of highlights out of the Nuggets’ dramatic comeback on Thursday night, most centered around the comeback itself.

But there were others. Like when Kenneth Faried chased down Thaddeus Young and denied a dunk that most players just would have surrendered.

Then there is Arnett Moultrie trying to spin from the post into the lane for a shot and having it just swallowed up and grabbed out of the air by JaVale McGee. That’s the kind of block a coach loves — not sent three rows into the stands so the other team gets the ball back, but grabbed and used to start a fast break the other way.

McGhee is RAW TALENT and POTENTIAL…..This guy has the POTENTIAL to be a very special player.

Since Stern has all but turned the Center position into a Power Forward position, by not allowing any back to the basket- banging in the paint- post play….McGhee gives me flashes of the days past.

The teams that slept on this guy will possible live to regret it. George Karl is the right type of teacher / coach that can help him become a very skilled player.

Ghee is a class of clarified butter.

McGhee is a very tall class of clarified butter.

McGoo is worth the price of admission. The guy can just awe you at any moment.

Def glad the nuggets locked up his prime years to see what he can become.

Oh and what more can I say about Manimal. Dude brings 110 every night.

Damn these Nuggets are fun to watch and play a brand of basketball that is refreshing.

Manimal is a freak. Every team would love to have a guy like that on their roster.
