And he has no ego. The man allows himself to be coached, by the best in the game.He is very reasonably paid. It’s about the team, and the ‘system.’ When a player goes down, you plug in another part, and barely miss a beat.

No drama, no theatrics, no soap opera. David Stern hates players and teams like this, because they don’t sell as much “stuff” and get in the way of Stern’s favorites winning titles.

Greatest power forward in the history of the NBA and probably the most under-appreciated stars. As a sixers fan, he reminds me of a more athletic and versitile Moses Malone. I personally think that Ducan is the best player of his era. I know most will probably say Kobe, but in hindsight, if both players were being drafted today, I’d take Duncan in a heartbeat over Kobe. He makes everyone better on the offensive AND defensive end, which is pretty special. He does all this without the drama.
