I love his pass-first mentality…we don’t find many PG’s like that anymore. And, as he continues to improve his outside shooting, Ricky will be one of the top PG’s in the NBA.

His shooting percentages have been better this month as well. If he can get his shooting percentage to even 40-42% with 34-36% on threes, it will make him even more effective setting up others.
