This is looking more and more like a lose-lose for the Bucks. Let him walk for nothing is a loss. Keep him at a ridiculous 50 million or whatever someone offers is also a loss because thats just too much for Jennings. Their will be a team that will take a calculated risk and offer him that gambling that the Bucks will match it.

I agree with your assessment of B. Jennings, he’s just not THAT good. Reminds me of the situation in Atlanta. Josh Smith seems to think he’s better than he actually is. And so does Jennings. They’re both slightly above average at their respective positions.

This guy has no ability to self-assess.

He’s barely above 40% FG and has regressed in that department since his rookie year. He plays atrocious D (one reason Scott Skyles left) and he doesn’t make people better around him.

This guy has ‘we’ll regret signing this player to a large contract about 3 months into the season’ written all over him when he has guarantted money and can tell his coach and front-office to screw-off.

Jennings definitely has a point, this team has been losing for the last 4 years, no superstar or all star is advertising how they would love to come to Milwaukee. Jennings, Ellis, Sanders, Reddick, Dunlevy is the only chance they got and that is a .500 team…

Wow! I think giving him that would be overpaying; kind of shocked he turned that down. Isn’t that the same kind of deal Steph Curry got??? And I think its safe to say that Curry is a better player than Jennings.

I hope the Bucks dig in….don’t give him a dime more and if he rejects it, go after Jose Caledron. The Bucks top priority should be Ellis and Redick not Jennings during FA.
