Dwight Howard <– I know everybody hates him, but he's been durable for most of his career and has clearly played through pain this season with a torn labrum and bad back. He's whined a lot, but he's played.

I could also throw in Joaqim Noah and Luol Deng (Coach Thibodeau shows no mercy to his own players and doesn't believe in resting them)
