Once NBC slapped its name on PBT, the site/app ceased to be merely some fan-generated blog benefitting from low expectations. (Not that I buy the argument that a blog shouldn’t be striving for professionalism.) It is completely reasonable to expect some proof-reading, if not some high quality writing and editing. it brought with it an expectation that the writing would, at a minimum, be proofread. Why frustrate your readers?
