Vince Carter moves up all-time scoring list, then hits game winner (VIDEO)

Vince Carter — idol to much of a younger generation — is still making plays.

Like finding a way to score near the rim, get the and-one, and with it pass Gary Payton to move into 28th on the NBA’s all-time scoring list. With Carter it’s a combination of a guy who could always score and longevity.

And he can still make plays at the end of games. Just as the Hornets.
