This is exactly why Ellis need(ed) to go. 2 straight games he's cost the Bucks a W. These are the kinds of situations he was brought in to secure. Down 3, with 3 free throws to tie the game, Ellis goes 0-3 and the Bucks lose by 3 (vs. Brooklyn Wednesday).

Then Saturday night he drives the lane and opts for the Jennings floater (which rarely goes in), and shocking only to Ellis himself, the ball ckanks off the back iron. Bucks lose again.

Ellis never even looked to pass, which is o.k. as long as you HIT the driving, open shots. The Jennings/Ellis combo is really 2 average - above average players. If they were magically to combine their best attributes and eliminate their bad habits, it would make ONE (max salary) back court player.

Ellis is on pace to have one of the worst shooting seasons (%) in NBA history. I'd much rather see JJ shoot it henceforth in those situations.

Hammond knows his Bucks are soft and weak inside, that's why he tried to get Josh Smith. Milwaukee is often taken advantage of inside as they have no consistent rebounder, scorer, and defender which is why they lost last night and have losing records for the last 4 year. Fans blame Jennings and Ellis but to depend on jump shots which is what Milwaukee does for the most part is unrealistic. The coach, structure, team rotation is not being utilize to these specific player, it will take something unconventional and a coach that thinks outside the box. Which this team does not have...

This is exactly why Hawks fan wish Horford would go into the low post more often. He is a great pick and pop guy but he doesn't utilize his post skills nearly as often as he should.

The Hawks have money. They're going to be in the Dwight Howard sweepstakes. Plus, they have some pieces to sell off. They can make the playoffs and still upgrade next year and get a big name or two.

Very underrated young power forward/centre in this league. If the Hawks can somehow manoeuvre themselves a nice centre and some solid picks (they may need to tank for a while) then they have a promising future with him and Teague
