The NBA is filled with bum GMs. Joe D created a title winner without a superstar. Title contending team after title condending team.

He waited too long to start a rebuild and he ran into ownership issues after making two free agency blunders. The blunders, however, were made largely because he knew his hands were going to be tied behind his back for 2 years, so he overpaid a couple guys.

He has drafted poorly, including a top 5 all-time bust. He has done a poor job at hiring coaches.

But the Pistons are looking up. I am not willing to take a chance one of these bum GMs because Karen Davidson wanted to sell the team a few years ago.

Getting rid of Tays contract and getting an expiring contract in return is huge. Id like to keep Jose, now he should find a suiter for BK but not without taking on CV’s contract and find ourselves a good shooting 2 gaurd. Get a back up 4/5 and we will be on our way to making the playoffs, few years Dre and Moose will be ready to dominate and we will fill in the pieces to the puzzle as we role along. Future is bright in Detroit. Well for the sports teams at least.
