They should try and trade away Tyreke for some picks and an established wing scorer (see Danny Granger + Lance Stephenson). This would allow them to plan for the draft and pick Marcus Smart to run the team, with Stephenson, Granger, Robinson and Cousins forming the rest of the squad, they would actually be at the point where they have good leadership and a promising future
