It’s looking like at least 1 of them will be gone after this season anyway and possibly both. Why not keep the cap space rather than taking on a really overpaid Eric Gordon?

Well put me in the 10% that doesn’t want him gone for the following reasons:
1.) If he wants to be here or not he is a player with loads of talent guys that are good for 20 plus a night don’t fall off trees
2.) Given his injury history your not going to get value back
3.) Despite his rep they guy is not a cancer
4.) for a young team to grow you have to keep it together you don’t blow the ship up if you run into a rough patch
5.) Who else do you expect to get? Rivers isn’t the answer

Unless some team makes an offer that nets the Pelicans some high picks that can generate another draft like the one they had last summer Gordon isn’t going anywhere. The pelicans have loads of cap space so finical considerations are not a need at this point. He has a sprained hand no need to pull the cord now he’ll be back after the break. Let the team continue to grow they have shown a lot of promise keep it rolling.

Granger and Gordon are both making about $13m in 2013 and $14m in 2014.

Unfortunately Gordon is also being paid about $14.5m in 2015 and $15m in 2016.

Still, it definitely works in through the end of next season, money-wise.

No. Effing. Way. Gordon has always been this way even with the Clippers, he’s really had horrible body language in losses. I remember watching him at the Bradley Center when he was a clipper and remember thinking “wow what a horrible teammate”.

Back to the main point, At this point I’m expecting the Bucks to probably blow this thing up with reports coming out that Jennings has absolutely no interest in returning to the Bucks. Eric Gordon is NOT the guy I want the Bucks taking a max contract on. Injury prone, bad attitude/effort at times, overpaid means NOT WANTED.

Pacers should send Granger home to the Big Easy and bring Gordon home to Indy. Would likely require a 1st-round pick to get EJ, but it would be a win-win for both clubs.

My Philadelphia 76ers desperately need a scorer to pair with Jrue Holiday, someone to take and make the big shots late in games. While sme big man help would be ideal, adding a guy like Gordon would instantly boost our ability to put points on the board.

Gordon for Pau and Meeks? N.O. could then play Davis at pf. The Lakers could bench MWP, start Kobe at sf and Gordon in the backcourt with Nash. Earl Clark makes Pau expendable.
