The end of an era. Based on how the Lakers have conducted business recently under Jim, I don’t see much chance for another 10 titles. At the end of this decade look for “owners” to change their minds and cash out.

My best wishes to Dr. Jerry Buss and his family. Except for the little idiot buss boy who is determined to ruin his father’s legacy with the Lakers. Thanks Jerry for all the wonderful memories for us Laker fans. Dr. Buss knew that to win in the NBA a team needs great big men, Jerry never fell for that small ball garbage that Jerky Boy Jimmy has fallen for bringing in the worst coach in Laker history, Mike Dumbtoni.

Now that the Lakers are in decline maybe it’s best for the good Doctor to not hang around too much longer watching the debacle that has become the Laker season.

As Lakers fans, we’re lucky to have had someone as dedicated to winning as Dr. Buss has been. I hope that these are not his final days, but if they are I hope they are as painless as possible. You’ve truly given so much to the City of Los Angeles Dr. Buss and thank you for that.

Kind of have to assume this had something to do with Kobe telling Dwight to man up about the shoulder. Dwight has next season, looks like Dr. Buss doesn’t.

Most definitely not a good year for the Lakers, now they just need to buckle down as a team and stop speaking to the media about their troubles and just play their hearts out, if not for yourself *Dwight* at least for the man upstairs who writes your checks, better luck next year Lakers
