Its not so much that its a Lakers story, or Heat story, its that they ran this story about six times, just slightly different, I get that Gasol isnt happy. Last week they ran the story about A. Foster and his heart condition three times in one day, all with contradictory facts. PFT was a great site in the past with creative ideas like “pic of the day” but those days are clearly gone, and maybe I will check out a new site, but boy does it get boring while taking a crap.

Dude, it’s just like this: The ESPN Channel and Star Sports show more of Football – Barclay’s, La Liga, etc… (I don’t use the word soccer, as I’m a purist) than the NBA.

What do I do?

I subscribe to a cable channel dedicated solely to the NBA.

All of you complaining about Laker coverage have to realize that Kurt is simply a Lakers writer who was given his own NBC blog to run. Before this blog he wrote a Lakers fan blog. When the head writer is a fan of one team over the others, obviously they are going to get more coverage.

I think it is time for Jimmie to put on his Big Boy Pants. He needs to fix his screw up, fire D’Antoni and rehire Phil. If he cannot do that, Jerry should fire his own son and admit his mistake thinking his son could handle a great organization like a Big Boy.

I feel bad for Gasol, but ESPN and other media sources have to stop wasting our time with the Lakers.

There are 30 teams in the NBA and flex scheduling cannot be done like the NFL can with Sunday night football????

I have always felt that the most of the network schedules should be left blank and should be refreshed and the networks should be on site Impromptu. It should not be done last minute, but it should be done for us to avoid this Laker overkill.

Seriously, Gasol, this is not helping. I don’t think he realizes how valuable he is to this team. Just because he’s starting the game on the bench and not getting every single pass doesn’t mean they are not using you. Lakers need Pau, as we will see tonight. I’m just worried that Pau will keep complaining and get Lamar Odom’d.
