No one cares, NBA. You’ve already apologized twice to the Raptors and a 3rd should be on the way after last night, but what changed after those first 2? Nothing. We still got screwed again, and so do other teams without stars on a daily basis.

Let us know when you start fining and suspending refs for being horrible at their job. Until that happens, they have no incentive to change and thus these apologizes are nothing more than a worthless waste of oxygen.

I hate when the league does this. all it does is reopen the wound and accomplishes nothing. its all about the “appearance” of accountability of the refs. if the league is going to do this then they should release when refs get fined and the amount as well.

As it relates to the Pacers, I’d rather “the league” admit all of last season’s timeliness of calls & non-calls in the series with the Heat, the kind of officiating that happens so often in “must win games” and which would make Tim Donaghy blush.

This latest admission merely creates the illusion that there is nothing untoward involved, as if “the league” is striving for some semblance of transparency.

Long overdue by the league and then the Raptors get jobbed tonight. The NBA will fine Toronto’s coach for telling the truth and dish out the rare apology but won’t address their refs. It’s still better than the NCAA.

hammeredNBA will once again be apoligizing to the Raptors for yet another last second missed call that cost the Raps the game. Derozan got hammered last second with no call. Every person in the arena and on tv could see he was fouled. Its getting embarrassing for the NBA.
