If it’s only about marketing/ratings, Rose would be a good choice.

However, while I’m a fan of Rose, it’d be an insult to the guys who have played 40+ games to give the spot to a guy who hasn’t played a single game.

I dont think team record should decide All-Stars. This is individual attention, not voting people based on team record.

That being said, Paul Pierce is not playing like an All-Star this season.

Except he’s really not. He’s roughly 20th in rebounding rate among starting centers, which obviously isn’t spectacular, but it’s good enough when you’re the best offensive center in the league.
