I really wanna see Jrue make the All-Star team. Not just because I’m a Sixer fan but I think that without Holiday the Sixers record (17-23) would be a lot worse. For guards in the eastern conference he’s 2nd in scoring (19.4 pts) behind Dwyane Wade (who was named a starter), 2nd in assists (9.0) behind Rondo(who was also named a starter) and 7th in rebounding (4.2). Numbers don’t lie coaches.

You got that right. I can’t believe they even posted this story. What a joke….

Scott Skiles left because he had two guards (Jennings and Ellis) who refuse to play D, don’t make players better around him and have horrible shot selections.

On top of that he’s got a sub .40 field goal percentage.

There was a damn good reason the Bucks refused to sign him to an extension and the reason is all of the above.

Rondo has already been voted in a starter, so there’s no debate about whether or not he’s an All-Star. He’s already been declared an All-Star.

When it comes to backups, though, the coaches will definitely select Kyrie Irving, but after…?

I’m normally sympathetic to small market guys, since sometimes they’re very good but people don’t know about them. However, I won’t feel bad for Jennings if he doesn’t make it.

He’s shown virtually no growth as a player over the past 3 years. His assists are up a bit, but so are his turnovers. His efficiency hasn’t gone up, scoring per game hasn’t gone up, rebounding hasn’t improved, etc. Can someone make an argument for why this guy should be an All-Star?
