No, the magic should NOT get pierce. We already have an aging/declining, stalwart franchise veteran or two in Nelson an Turk, how would Pierce help at all? By the time they developed their talent he’d be retired, plus they would have to trade assets to get him. Not worth it. Nether is Jefferson or Milsap. They need to focus on good drafting, and acquiring YOUNG players with POTENTIAL. Free agency will be used for picking up role players as that’s about it.

They aren’t close to winning anything important so there is no need to trade assets and young players for an aging Pierce. He needs to go to a team (or stay in Boston) that has a chance to win something and Orlando needs to stay the course. They are building something here and won’t be a bad team for long.

This is what I love about the NBA. Anybody can beat anybody any given night. BTW, the Clips win despite Vinny, not because of him. The only reason this guy still has is job is because Chris Paul is one of the greatest coaches in the league.

I think the Magic should go after Al Jefferson & Millsap this summer (if they have the cap space of course), or at least one of them. I’m not really a Magic fan but I like to see a more competitive eastern conference.

All this done by a magic team with no superstars, no Allstars and no drama queens….
The only vets playing are Nelson, JJ, afflalo, Mcroberts. All others are rookies and 2nd year players. They all play hard and with effort and they ROTATE on defense. Something so simple that somehow the lakers can’t figure it out. Don’t blame the coach lol….
Great game, great win. The magic have played well in most games in that 10 game losing streak. I’m still a proud fan!

No mention that the magic were on a 10 game losing streak? With only Nelson, JJ and afflalo the only vets playing. All other active players are rookies and 2nd year players. The clippers got embarrassed by a young, hard working, short handed magic team.

I love how the magic with no superstars, no Allstars and no drama queens are playing harder, smarter and with more heart than the LAKERS. Yes the magic are losing more than winning but at least the make the games come down to the final minutes of the game. The lakers are usually done by the 3rd qtr.

Great game for the Magic. They have been really close to winning games during this 10 game losing streak with a blowout loss to the Raptors being the only bad loss. Finding a way to finish games without Davis has been a struggle for them. Hopefully they get Davis back soon and can find ways to finish more games.

That was an amazing ending. Really, the Clips were up the whole freakin’ game and looked like they had complete control of the game……..alllllll the way up to the last 4-5 minutes then a dang miracle happend and the momentum shifted all sick like and the Magic were in the drivers seat with that Redick 3.

I had actually stopped paying attention to the game with around 7 min. left, just playing with my son and when the game was over I was shocked when I looked up and seen that the Magic had won! I re-wound the game back to the 5 min. mark and re-watched it. It was incredible.
