As of jan 7, of the 32 players at either guard position averaging at least 14 points-per-game, Jennings and Ellis are tied for very last in shooting percentage. Hopefully the new coach can change that.

To say “Bucks team with virtually no expectations this season” is pretty harsh. They have some decent pieces that they can build with. Are they a legit title contender? I’d say no. But articles like this basically slamming small market teams are whats wrong with the NBA. So we didn’t build a super team so we have “virtually no expectations this season” even though we have some decent potential and two players that can really light it up at times(although both are very inconsistent). Should we just give up and trade away the talent we have and lay down to get high draft picks and cap room? Frustrating read…

The Bucks do not have that “Super Star” that is required in today NBA, but they have more than a few very good players. If they could just attract one of those bigtim erplayers, the Bucks could be a great team.

Skiles was the coach of the Jamal Crawford Heat-Killer All-Star Team. In the “Era” we’ve had as tough a time with the Bucks than pretty much anyone else. Only see the Bucks 3 or 4 times a year, but he seems like a really good coach to me.

I hope Skiles gets another opportunity someday with personnel that fits his style. What he did with the Bulls to get them to turn the corner from annual bottom feeder to competitive squad is one of the more underrated coaching jobs in recent memory.

Hopefully the next coach can address this fact: Of the 32 NBA players at the guard position averaging at least 14 PPG, Ellis and Jennings are tied for last in FG percentage as of Jan 6.

Can you even say that Skiles had rotations? He subbed players in and out yeah, with no continuity or flow of the game whatsoever. Seemed drunk more than half the time. Let’s start and play Ersan 33 minutes this game, and then play him off the bench 13 minutes the next.

Thank God! Now let’s get a new owner!

You don’t know that for sure. You only know that the rotations may wind up being different. Boylan’s rotations could also be bad.
