I get what you’re saying and agree that he wont feel it much but that’s the precedent as far as fines. You can’t really fine a guy based on how much he has. I think they do do that in Sweden or something with traffic fines. Your fine is based on your income. I like that idea because mine are too damn high.

the reason the refs suck is:

1. too many white refs
2. too many old, slow and fat refs.
3. too many refs with bad eyes.
4. too many refs out of position.
5. too many refs who have bad attitudes.

the reason the refs suck is because they have coaches and several players in there ear… on top of that, there are players bumping, pushing, and nudging them like Rondo does…. direct the fines towards the players and the quality of the officiating will get better….

According to Wikipedia, Mark Cuban’s net worth is $2.3 billion.

Let’s say the average person out there has a net worth of $230,000 (I know this is probably high but it fits for calculation purposes).

That means $50,000 to Mark Cuban would equal $5 to the average person.

Even though I’m a Suns fan I love Cuban. He is a great young owner that has brought a new freshness to the league. He’s a businessman but also is competitive and wants to win. He certainly can afford a few fines from the league and more power to him for being one of the few thats willing to speak up for what he believes.
