That was barely a flagrant 1.

Thomas should probably be fined for that – he completely lost his cool and likely would have started an all-out brawl had he not been restrained by his teammates.

Thomas popping back up ready to fight is what led to the flagrant two, not the foul itself. You could tell from the other Kings' players reactions that even they knew the he was overreacting. Based on that, I'm gonna dub this a flagrant2flop-pop&charge and issue Thomas a warning.
