After beating Detroit tonight, they’ve won 10 straight. With terrific starters and a fantastically deep bench, they’re going all the way. I’ve been saying this since the season began ~ best team in the NBA ! Yes, I’m a big fan.

1. Remember when Charlotte was 5-4 and you said “if the playoffs started today, the Bobcats would be the 7th seed” and I said how stupid it was to make such a statement after 9 games? Yeah, well, they’re back to being Charlotte and it’s still stupid to talk playoffs after 9 games.

2. The Raptors didn’t have come-from-behind wins at home. They blew out Dallas by 20 and were leading Houston most of the game.

3. Not sure how the Lakers are ahead of the Pacers with a weaker record, having a home-heavy schedule so far, having lost to them at home, and due to the fact that they got two cream-puff road victories.

13. Nuggets (13-12, LW 17). They were 3-1 last week and I’d like to think they are starting to play good defense, get out and run and they are going to find their groove. One reason to be bullish on their future — they have played 14 road games and 7 at home.

Uhhh… Kurt… 13+12 =/= 21.

The Nuggets have played 7 at home and 18 road games, and are currently sitting at 6 and 1 at home. (Another fun stat you could have added if your math were on point).
