what are we trying to pick up all of the Cavs old players who couldn’t win a title with the single best player in the game today.

I will give you that he is somewhat of an upgrade. You don’t need him to play the 2 with Kobe/Meeks already there though.
I’m not sure he’s that great of PG either, but he’s better than what you got right now. I just don’t think in the grand scheme, he makes much of a difference.

To the other poster, they aren’t trading Kobe, he’s a franchise icon for one, and you’d never get value in return.
Gasol will be the one to go, if they trade, which they shouldn’t, again that value thing. They are pretty much stuck with this roster.

Sorry Kurt Helin but the most obvious guard to move is Steve Flake, the most sorry excuse for a point guard the Lakers have ever had. Moore and Duhon have been thrust into the starting rotation before they can get enough experience, but now they are getting that valuable experience so in the future they’ll be much better.

Delonte West may be a good answer as he will bring a certain bad attitude to the soft Laker lineup. I’m not sure Marc Stein has a clue if he’s suggesting Flynn or James, two total unknowns who most likely are no better than Duhon or Moore.

The Lakers made a major mistake bringing in Ancient Nash and if we Laker fans are lucky he’ll be traded away before the season ends to clear some cap space to bring in a great young point guard. We need a PG who plays defense, who can stop the Kyrie Irvings of the league.

Still the biggest problem the Lakers have is having the most ignorant coach in the NBA, he’s doing a great job of destroying the premier franchise in the NBA. It’s way past time for the little idiot buss boy to admit his terrible mistake of passing up on Phil Jackson in favor of this moron who can never fill Phil’s shoes or big chair.

We don’t need him too play big minutes. We are very thin @ point and he can play some 2 guard as well. If you don’t think that Delonte can contribute, then you are just as crazy as he is. We aren’t looking for him too be our savior, but, you of ALL people know that the Lakers don’t have much depth and he can help with that. As far as desperate goes, not quite their yet, but the way thing’s are going. It’s not too far out!!!

This is just too GD funny. Desperation is a fascinating think to watch.

Just when you think it can’t get any better, lakers fans ar clamoring for a guy that should be the 4th or 5th guy off the bench to get starters minutes til Nash comes back. Uff!!

Offense is not the Lakers problem right now. The team averages over 100 points a game. I don’t know how much West would help but I do know Kobe is a part of the real problem, defense.

I don’t care if he is crazy or not. Dude, we are starting Chris Duhon. Signing him will also help keep Nash’s min’s down, when he get’s back. It’s a no-brainer Mitch. Honsetly they should have signed already. I Don’t know what the F**K they are waiting for. I mean we just lost too the Cav’s???????? We have NO DEPTH and our bench leaves a SMIDGE too be desired!!!

It shocks me he haven’t been signed I live in az an I seen every game from him an he can still light it up from outside mind boggling that he’s not on a title contending team perfect fit for lakers tho
