lol to make that comment is just plain down ignorant. Have you ever been in the locker room with him? Have you ever been on the court playing with him? You’ve probably never even heard him speak in person, so to make outlandish comments like that are just plain down ignorant. I could see if you said “He doesn’t seem like a leader”, but you said not even close. And that’s hilarious. That’s fine if you feel like it when you watch a game, but unless you are in the locker room with him you just can’t make a stupid comment like that and think it’s going to mean anything

Actually, they started losing when Budinger went down. They lost 3 of 4 between Budinger going out and Love coming back in. Granted, they lost the first 3 after Love came back, but they are 4-2 since.

the Christmas slate of Miami, OKC, Knicks, and Houston will tell us if this team is for real or not. Until then, just sit back and relax. Rubio coming in will go a lot smoother than Love’s entrance did. These guys are still learning to play together.

It’s about time someone should expose him for his lack of defense. He can’t guard anybody. Superstars at least make an attempt at defense. He couldn’t get off the bench with team USA because he was clueless on defense. Yeah he gets a ton of rebounds and scores 20 a night. But that’t not what makes you a superstar. Superstars make everyone else better. This team looked better without him. they didn’t start that losing streak until he came back.

Hey klove quit complaining like you complain in games! Its getting old even from a die hard twolves fan we se enouh of this with viking recievers man up shut up and play defense, that will translate to more wins! We can get to the playoffs without you because rubio will make them that much better. You have the chance to be great even without rubio but you have to step up and be a leader so your teamates dont despise you like im starting to. You need to rebuild your attitude buddy. With love rubio kierlinko shved and pekovic thats not a playoff team thats a nba championship contender bc the new wolves look great!

While money talks, Kyrie will not finish his career in Cleveland. The Players Union remembers how Gilbert trashed one of their own when the guy was a free agent. Gilbert didn’t care about Lebron ,he cared that he was losing his cash machine.

The Wolves need to find a way to get Gasol to Minnesota for K Love.This European all star squad they are building is kind of interesting, wish the were on TV more.

I think the definition of “acting like a clown in the media” is an owner saying that a franchise player on his team, by far his best player and a top 10 player in the NBA, isn’t a star. What’s the point of that?

At least Love’s point is 100% legit, even if he shouldn’t have said it.

Luke Ridnour did decent playing alongside Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis in Seattle and neither has ever been a team first make everyone better kind of player…okay maybe not the best example. But Love just strikes me as a typical 90s player who looked awesome when you saw the back of his trading card a la glen Robinson, Antoine walker, vin baker, Keith van horn, etc. But who knows. Maybe people shouldn’t think of him as a franchise guy and buy into him as a solid 2nd option. That sounds about right.

Yeah, but who is going to make Luke Ridnour better? I don’t disagree with what you said, but he’s basically spent half a season playing on a team that wasn’t filled with terrible players. Give him a year or two with so decent players and see if anything changes.

Somebody’s going to realize he’s a guy that just puts up good numbers and doesn’t make teams or players around him better. Rick Adelman has done more with less so the fact this guy just puts up numbers without positively impacting his team shows the kind of player he is.

have been a die-hard wolves fan since inception and have never liked love. he has a great game and puts up absurd stats but has never been a good leader or teammate. He has always pointed fingers, moped and whined and has even gotten in fights with his teammates. he has always had a sense of entitlement. all a person has to do is look at what happened to the pups after ricky went down last year to see who holds this team together.
as far as stats go he is a superstar, as far as leadership and intangibles, not even close.
