Only an idiot thinks that he can do something poorly and not have to listen to advice. By all means he needs to listen when he’s shooting a dismal 47 percent. He needs to listen to one voice about free throws, hopefully from someone who shoots them at a very high percentage. What Dwight really needs to do is practice, practice, practice his free throw shooting until he becomes more proficient.

He is just a clown who happens to be big, tall and very lucky. There is nothing going on up there in that pinhead of his except the echos of his family and friends telling him how great he’s been and he doesn’t have to listen to anybody because he has been “entitled” all of his life. Again, he’s a clown and that “Superman” dunk wasn’t really a dunk at all, by the way; but he’s “entitled” so they gave it to him because of that red cape. Unbelievable.

What he says to the press doesn’t necessarily mean he’s not going to consider to what Nash had to say. He’s probably just embarrassed at the media scrutiny. It’s like having to hold a press conference after you see your shrink.

Frankly, I don’t think all the player interviews–especially the endless stream of obligatory post-game stuff–does anything to make the game any more interesting, and it certainly doesn’t teach anyone anything about basketball.

Dwight has already said this word for word while in Orlando. Said he gotta stop listening to everyones advice as he has so many coacges players and friends. Said he had so many different voices saying all different things & it makes his head cloudy.
Stop taking advice didmt work in Orlando & doubt it works this time. Dude is just mentally soft at the FT line. At practice ben hearing he can hit them w no problem & goes n 20+ makes in a row all the time. His FT % has gpne down almost if not every year. He practices & always works w shooting coaches year round but none of that matters if he isnt capm & relaxed upstairs.
Dude hust needs to do some kind of meditation & be able to free his mind & block everything & everyone out. Maybe he should say the same phrase to himself a la Karl Malone as that will get his mind thinking of something else. His FT’s r getting worse & w teams using the hack-a-Dwight i c Kobe getting mad & frustrated to the point whete Dwight is gonna have to ride the bench in close games in 4th until 2 minutes left.
