I was about to say, while I found it funny, having that rope hanging from the ceiling probably would have caused an uproar if the races involved were reversed (i.e., a white player “menacing” a black referee with a rope hanging from a ceiling nearby).

Really? Duncan “appears to be threatening referee Joey Crawford” in the picture? He appears to be messing around and having fun at a Halloween party to me.

And Joey Crawford “appeared to eject” Duncan for laughing? It’s well known and obvious from the footage that that’s what happened.

Between this and being seemingly the only person on the planet that thought Stern’s fine of the Spurs for protecting their players was a great idea, it seems Brett is not a big fan of the Big Fundamental or the Spurs in general.
