Rondo went to Mexico while on suspension. Not exactly contrite now.

Dec 4, 2012, 6:07 PM EDT

When David Stern and the NBA suspended Rajon Rondo for two games following a fight/pushing match with Kris Humphries and the Brooklyn Nets, he didn’t exactly go back to his room and think about what he had done wrong.

Instead, he went to Mexico.

That’s what he told reporters, you can see the CSNNE.com video above. He said he watched the games on television, but he just wanted to get away for a few days. And upon his return he isn’t exactly contrite.

Did you learn anything from the suspension?

“No.”

Welcome back Rondo, we missed you.

Does it really matter where he stayed during his suspension?

    • bozosforall - Dec 4, 2012 at 10:35 PM

We all know that you were there too, slurping his dong to console him.

      • jjordannba - Dec 4, 2012 at 10:58 PM

Bozo, quick question. Your a Laker fan right? On all of these past few Laker articles the other commenters have been wondering about you, trying to figure out how you disappeared completely from the boards in the midst of the Lakers disappointing start.

We couldn’t understand, since your such a regular on these boards, but yet here you are on a Celtic post, bashing them, while you hide from anything Laker related. Go worry about your own team Clown.

      • bozosforall - Dec 5, 2012 at 3:43 AM

Give that advice to Pudhummer53, since all he does is post on Laker articles.

      • badintent - Dec 5, 2012 at 12:12 AM

        @jjordannba

Remember those experiments that the CIA did on Canadians in Montreal in the early 60’s in Montreal with LSD ?
They reproduce the experiments in LA in the 1990’s on lakerluver/bozoforall and got the same results, No brain activity after the fourth dose. It’s really not all his fault.

      • bozosforall - Dec 5, 2012 at 3:44 AM

Have to laugh at how stupid you Boston idiots are regarding lakerluver.

      • bozosforall - Dec 5, 2012 at 3:41 AM

I’ve posted on all of the recent Lakers articles, so maybe you Puh C’s fans should learn how to read. Judging from your demonstrated lack of grammar knowledge (it’s “you’re a Laker fan” not “your a Laker fan”, idiot) maybe you should spend more time studying for your GED.

As for pud intent, it’s blatantly obvious that you are not only insanely jealous of the recent success of the Lakers, but also still bitter that the Canadiens have do many more titles than your local team. I’m guessing that jealousy is ten fold regarding up how much more successful the Yankees are than your favorite baseball team as well.

      • bougin89 - Dec 5, 2012 at 11:30 AM

@Bozo. If you were intelligent I’m guessing you would be embarrassed of the comments you post on here. Blind. Ignorance.

      • badintent - Dec 5, 2012 at 2:33 PM

        @bozoforall,

hate to break it to you son at the Holidays, but I’m a Knick and Net fan. Only rooted for Boston when Bird was beating your Showless time in the Finals ! Remember the MSG chant “Beat LA when the Cs beat the Knicks in the East finals ?” Well, just like on Disney World commercials, Dreams do come true.

I’m MIKE Brown and I love this message.

      • bozosforall - Dec 6, 2012 at 1:13 AM

Lakers with FIVE titles this millenium alone…the joke is on you, son.

    • 808raiderinparadise - Dec 5, 2012 at 6:50 AM

and there are Le Bron haters?
LeBron always wanted to win, so he left his hometown Cleveland (akron) to get his best chance (and did).

Rondo lef this teammates to put down shots an hoes in the mexico? REALLY? I’m sure Garnett has no issues. He actually can’t compare to how dirty Mexico is.

  2. doublezero74 - Dec 4, 2012 at 6:45 PM

    To Helin it does.

  3. trybe29dr - Dec 4, 2012 at 6:50 PM

loser…wanna be tough guy with small man complex…would get dragged thru the arena

    • giselleisasucubus - Dec 4, 2012 at 8:54 PM

trybe, now does a 6″2 guy with the wingspan of an airplane have small man complex? He clearly isn’t afraid of anyone, and I really don’t think anyone would “drag him through the arena”. I would love to see how fast you would piss yourself if Rondo took one menacing step towards you.

      • lawrinson20 - Dec 4, 2012 at 9:12 PM

A 6′ 2″ guy is typically the smallest man on the court. That’s how. When all of your professional and social associations are larger than you are… that’s how.

“Clearly isn’t afraid of anyone?” Pushing Kris Humphries into the audience isn’t a real display of fearlessness. There was a very tiny chance that Kris was going to do anything more than push back. Had he thrown a punch, and expected to get one in return, then I’d agree with you.

I don’t know Rondo. But, having read a bit and seen a bit about him, I’d suggest his greatest issue is that he overrates his own intelligence. By quite a bit. That’ll get you into a good deal of trouble over time.

    • scalfor3 - Dec 4, 2012 at 9:38 PM

You can call Rondo a dirtbag all you want, but questioning his toughness is pretty stupid. This is the same guy that played a playoff game with one arm dangling uselessly to the side.

  4. rodge1 - Dec 4, 2012 at 6:55 PM

Rondo was in Mexico complaining about the Heat.

  5. misterdreamer119 - Dec 4, 2012 at 7:19 PM

Whats he suposed to do? Sit around and sulk. Good for you rajon.

    • badintent - Dec 5, 2012 at 12:15 AM

He’s supposed to bring back a bottle of Tequila for all of us ! Margaritaville ,baby !!

      • bozosforall - Dec 5, 2012 at 3:50 AM

Any more brain damage incurred by you retahded Boston fools will only push you idiots that much further into vegetable territory.

      • badintent - Dec 5, 2012 at 2:37 PM

So you admit those CIA LSD hookup did damage your brain to the point you think having Gasol on the bench will produce victories ? NOT LAST NIGHT , CHUMP. But you can always fantasize about the Laker dancers. It’s what you do.

  6. giantssb42champs - Dec 4, 2012 at 7:34 PM

    Dick.

  7. sjsuraider - Dec 4, 2012 at 7:42 PM

    I fux with Rondo

  8. spideysdog - Dec 4, 2012 at 7:45 PM

The only thing bigger than his ego, is his list of stupid decisions. Chalk another one up.

  9. sldxstyle - Dec 4, 2012 at 7:52 PM

Good player with an ego way too big. He will never be on CP3’s level. Sorry rondo

  10. gogronk - Dec 4, 2012 at 7:56 PM

Rondo being Rondo. A lot like Manny being Manny.

  11. csilojohnson - Dec 4, 2012 at 7:58 PM

Don’t see why this is news…..

  12. ebrownwareagle - Dec 4, 2012 at 8:24 PM

    @sldxstyle

You right because He’s already a CHAMPION! CP3 gotta catch up!!

  13. mattmc20 - Dec 4, 2012 at 9:14 PM

Rondo is the perfect example of what I hate about our country’s obsession with sports. Rondo is a loser and a bum of a person but yet we pay him more to dribble a ball than the people who save lives and educate people. Wish we would learn and value good people who SHOULD be worth our time.

  14. drewzducks - Dec 4, 2012 at 9:31 PM

Would this make him Rondo Mexico ?

    • michaeljordanseviltwin - Dec 4, 2012 at 9:56 PM

Bravo! Well played. Soon as I saw the headline I started thinking of Vick jokes to make in the comments… Missed the obvious and best one.

  15. warriors2533 - Dec 4, 2012 at 9:52 PM

Sldxstyle could not be more wrong cp3 is nowhere near rondo… 14 and 14 for rondo apposed to 9 and 7 for cp3 sorry buddy

  16. doublezero74 - Dec 4, 2012 at 10:39 PM

Honestly, why do people care where he went? Would it make you feel better if he went to Vermont or Maine? What difference does it make to any of you? Now he’s back and ready to resume leading the league in dimes and being the best PG in the NBA

    • bozosforall - Dec 5, 2012 at 3:52 AM

      Best PG? Keep dreaming.

loser…wanna be tough guy with small man complex…would get dragged thru the arena

    You know he’s like 6’2 right…?

  18. phillyphan93 - Dec 5, 2012 at 12:18 AM

Its Rondo, not Romo, why is this a story?

  19. Jim Schneider - Dec 5, 2012 at 12:57 AM

Who cares where he spent his time while he was suspended? Also he did nothing wrong. NBA has gone soft

  20. dko83 - Dec 5, 2012 at 2:39 AM

I love how much everyone hates this man. Jealousy is a stinky cologne.

    • bozosforall - Dec 5, 2012 at 3:55 AM

Jealousy? You mean like the 100 year old stench that emanates from New England courtesy of the insane jealousy of the dominance of the New York Yankees ove your region’s also-ran baseball franchise.

      • dko83 - Dec 5, 2012 at 11:48 AM

        You mad? You sound mad.

      • bozosforall - Dec 6, 2012 at 1:08 AM

Mad? Not me…I’m too busy laughing at the hypocrisy of you New England crybabies.

      • badintent - Dec 5, 2012 at 2:42 PM

Like the Angels and Dodgers have spent close to 1 Billion dollars combined on payroll and have Zero rings to show for it ??!! Someone been smoking nasty spicy. Switch back to binge drinking , less hallucinations.

      • bozosforall - Dec 6, 2012 at 1:14 AM

Not a fan of either team, so why would I care?

  21. fanofevilempire - Dec 5, 2012 at 7:06 AM

    this story is STUPID!!!

I guess there wasn’t any sport related story today.

  22. boyshole25 - Dec 5, 2012 at 7:34 AM
