3) Soft or not, the combo of D12 and White Swan is too sexy of a combo to blow up. Pau means soooo much to us. He is a perfect compliment of unselfishness, skill, hieght passing, range and plays both big positions. His skill set is not easily replaced. I want him to retire a Laker. I love Pau. He CAN piss me off at times, but I still love him.

He won 2 championships being the second highest scorer on the team being able to let Bynum play deep in the paint and either switch inside to outside based on what gave him a better shot.

Gasol no longer plays with any offensive intensity or any claim toward being the #2 scorer on the team. He does not even act like he wants to be the third or fourth option anymore.

Have last years playoffs faded so fast that when the Lakers had the Thunder beat, Kobe passes to wide open Gasol who instead of shooting passes the ball away to Kevin Durant who does what? WHO DOES WHAT, he drives down and drains a 3 and seals the game for the Thunder.

If Pau feels his role as a perimiter shooter is unacceptable, he should have been traded 3 years ago.

Good players don’t play just one position, they play whatever position it takes to win, Gasol needs to go sooner rather than later.
