If you can still play (or believe you can) then go for it. The window for professional hoops is small and I think a lot of times we (as fans) understate the love that a lot of these guys do have for competition. The other part of me wants to remember Finley from his Wisky and Mavs heyday and the more tortured seasons he plays (see Boston) the more that goes away.
