Yes, because it took a trade to get Lebron and Bosh to Miami. Give me a break. Teams do that once free agents decide to leave to get something instead of nothing. Garnett did not decide to leave Minnesota and sign with the Celtics. He was traded there.

Bought a title? They traded for two of the big Three. Heat signed their guys via free agency. That is more “buying a title” than the Celtics did. With that said, I have no problem with either scenario. The teams offer the money, the players take it. There is a salary cap in place (sort of) so teams that want to win spend the money to win.
