He needs to fulfill his “potential” this season, or the Bucks should move on. “Showing flashes” doesn’t get it done in the NBA, and with Ellis already there for the next few years, they have a high volume scorer who is proven.

If Jennings stepped up his defense and became an above average defender, his value would increase to the point where the Bucks would need to re-sign him.

They a have a pretty solid back court with ellis and Jennings and they’re starting buying into Skiles defensive minded gameplan. They also have a deep bench.
