What makes you think that? They got Veteran players that know how to play, how to win. They got a great system, intense D and a great coach. They still, when healthy, have one of the best scorers in the League. They got players with a lot of upside like Collison, O.J. Mayo or Jae Crowder. I just think it’s funny, Dallas is never taken seriously and at the end of the season they’re always one of the best teams in the League. Just watch, if they stay healthy, they’re gonna be real good come All Star break

I never said al was amazing, he is consistent on offense and you can’t deny that, he had a bad game in the opening game of the preseason, yet there is an article stating he is the most clutch player in last 5 mins since 2009 shooting above 50% .. The warriors will be plagued by injuries like always and picking up an injury prone center who has barely played a full season doesn’t help there chances. The jazz are a healthy young team with lots of depth at every position. That’s awesome the warriors have such good players but that doesn’t matter when they can’t stay on the court.

If one factors in not living up to expectations–and taking a gander at the predictions here, in addition to what seems to be the general consensus without having seen anything but a dismal preseason–I’d say that the Lakers have the best chance of being the biggest disappointment.

Jazz have no outside scoring and the rockets are still a ways away. If the Jazz trade Jefferson for a wing scorer, they could easily make it, or the Rockets have a rookie of the year candidate, but both are unlikely. The warriors have arguably the best center of those teams, but PG then the second best Sg and PF behind Harden and Love and not it’s not even debatable the best bench. Warriors will be at least the 6th seed this season.
