Safe bet on them not getting their money’s worth. This will be the third year of his 5-year, roughly $100 million contract. The first year they got 78 games out of him. Not bad. Last year he played 47 of a possible 66, so he missed about 1/3 of the season. And now, best case, he’s missing a couple months this season…assuming he doesn’t re-injure himself after he returns.

True! I doubt the Knicks will get their money’s worth out this dude, based on the fact he’s always dealing with some type of injury! On top of that dude is only getting older so they may have to eat that 100 mil contract! Just my opinion!

Ah, those Fakers, when Dwight ‘s back and Kobe’s foot/knee go into the tank, look for all the excuses from all the Hollywood A(A as in asshole ) List sitting at court side. Nice to hear Jack sound smarter than Mike Brown, Charlie Sheen (Lakers should drink Tiger’s blood), and some rapper diss Jay-z ‘s Nets. And Metta get suspended for the next decade for bi-polar attack on Garnett .Better hope Nash ‘s back doesn’t go south either.
Melo will bang on the block ! He’s got $22 million reasons to do it and do it well.Only thing that can slow Knicks is Hurricane Sandy and she’s full of hot air like laverlover undercover.
