now if you focus on the part right after henderson and lebron collide, you see lebron flail his arm back, and to an observer from distance, he may perceive that as a follow through swing of trying to throw someone off of you. add to the fact, henderson actually lost his balnce and fell to the floor.

the snapback of lebron’s arm however happened when henderson was clearly already well on his way down to the floor. so the illusion of lebron flagrantly shoving henderson off of him in the split second, the ref simply misinterpreted lebron’s action.

the bigger guy vs the smaller guy. always hard to ref that combo.

go to the 1:19 mark to get the slow mo version of what i’m talking about. at 1:23, you will see the flap back of the arm motion im talking about. all the ref did there was read body language. but he was wrong. made the wrong call. plus if you notice the level of negligence lebron had after the collision, (by not looking down to make sure henderson was okay, didnt help him off, just flapped his arm like ‘get off me’) and henderson on the court looking semi-shocked like ‘wtf man’…the ref in that split second saw it as malicious intent on lebron and he got called for the T.
